Anders was raised on a small dairy farm in northwest
Wisconsin, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep respect for
agriculture, land stewardship, and rural communities. Working alongside family
from a young age, he gained hands-on experience and an appreciation for the
dedication it takes to build and care for land over time—values that continue
to guide both his personal and professional life.
He went on to attend the University of Wisconsin, where he
competed for the Wisconsin Badgers wrestling program while earning a degree in
Agricultural Business Management. The discipline, resilience, and competitive
mindset developed through wrestling continue to influence how Anders approaches
challenges, relationships, and delivering results for the people he works with.
Following college, Anders made the move to Iowa with his
girlfriend, drawn by new opportunities and a shared vision for the future. What
began as a new chapter quickly became home. Today, he remains rooted in the
same agricultural lifestyle and values he was raised on, while building his
career and future in a place that reflects both.
With a foundation in sales, Anders has built his career
around communication, problem-solving, and a practical understanding of what
matters most to landowners. Having grown up working the land himself, he
approaches every conversation with a genuine respect for the investment,
legacy, and hard work behind each property. He takes pride in listening first,
building trust, and helping clients make confident, informed decisions that
align with their goals.
A lifelong outdoorsman, Anders grew up immersed in
Wisconsin’s strong hunting tradition and developed a passion for
the outdoors at an early age. He remains committed to conservation and
giving back to the land through habitat improvement, food plot development, and
wildlife management practices that support long-term sustainability. His
hands-on experience provides a well-rounded perspective on both the
recreational and long-term value of land.
In addition to his professional and outdoor pursuits, Anders
stays involved in wrestling by coaching and mentoring athletes, giving back to
the sport that played a pivotal role in shaping his work ethic and mindset.
